Ben Workinger
Co-Founder / Agent
Ben Workinger is a New Hampshire native, having grown up in Pelham, NH and then attending the University of New Hampshire to study business management, where he met his wife. He and his family have lived in Bedford, NH since 2015 and are proud to call New Hampshire home.
It was during his time in college that Ben realized he had a knack and a passion for investing in real estate. With the purchase of his first home at the age of 19, Ben ventured into the world of property management, renting rooms to his fellow students, and managing the property end to end. This sparked the beginning of his journey as an entrepreneur and investor.
After college, Ben purchased his first business – a family-style seafood restaurant in Litchfield, NH. Over the next 18 years, he expanded both the business and his real estate portfolio, opening another restaurant location, and purchasing the original commercial plaza as well as multiple residential homes and complexes.
While the restaurant business continued to thrive, Ben and his wife welcomed two daughters. As his girls got older, Ben decided that it was time to take a step back from the restaurant business to pursue his true passion – real estate investing and property management. And with that, he and his brother Jon, his business partner, formed W Properties to share their knowledge and experience with others. Their mission is to partner with clients to grow their portfolios and achieve their goals, while minimizing the stress and points of friction that can come along with investment properties.
Jon Workinger

Jon Workinger is an entrepreneur with a diverse background that has taken him from the fast paced world of restaurants to the expansive world of real estate investing and property management. Born and raised in the state of New Hampshire, Jon’s journey is one of passion, determination, and growth.
Jon’s spent two decades dedicated to mastering the art of the restaurant industry. He wasn’t just an employee; he was an owner, a leader, and a creative force behind one of New Hampshire’s most successful dining establishments. He honed his skills in various roles, from dishwasher to chef, steadily climbing the ranks to owning multiple locations. The restaurant industry became his training ground, teaching him the value of hard work, customer service, and dedication.
In his mid twenties, Jon recognized the potential for growth and financial stability in the real estate business. Drawing on his strong work ethic and innate ability to adapt to new challenges. He delved into the world of real estate investing, eager to explore opportunities in property acquisition and development.
Recognizing the importance of effective property management, Jon expanded his expertise to ensure his investments thrived. He acquired a portfolio of properties and established himself as a trusted figure in the field. His commitment to maintaining high standards of property care, coupled with his knack for fostering positive tenant relationships, set him apart in the competitive world of property management.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Jon is a devoted family man, an avid outdoors enthusiast, and a dedicated advocate for community engagement. He embodies the spirit of New Hampshire, where hard work, determination, and a commitment to growth are celebrated values.
